Bullet 500 Modified to Suzuki Intruder M1800R: 16Moto Performance worked on a Royal Enfield Bullet 500 and made an unbelievable machine out of the retro thumper. Slightly inspired from Suzuki Intruder at the front, this muscle packed motorcycle is ideally a match between cruiser and street DNA.
Apart from its engine and kick-starter, it has its own unique identity through huge panels, larger than life fuel tank and a wheel that could put commuter cars to shame. As unique as it could get, 16Moto Performance has done a fantastic job on this Bullet.
Front section now comes with thick USD forks, a large disc brake and Black alloy wheel that is actually different than the one used at rear end. Front tyre is actually matching the likes of Harley Davidson Fat Boy’s thickness.
Extra wide handlebar and all new fuel tank further makes this machine massive in dimensional perspective. They have used a fully digital console for this motorcycle, further bringing options to the raised part of its fuel tank. The seat is wider than usual and gets ribbed stitching for added comfort.
As with the Royal Enfield DNA, rear seat is almost at the same level as the front one, providing equal level of comfort to both the rider as well as pillion. The wide frame covers end up into a clean LED light, that too surrounded with indicators on both the sides.
A unique setup of twin full sized mono-shocks can be seen here, both of them being placed under the seat in an unconventional manner. Surprises further move through its extra wide swing-arm and huge wheel with similarly sized custom disc brake.
16Moto Performance used a White/Blue theme over the motorcycle panels, further using Gloss Black to highlight for its extra large rear fender. The engine here comes mated to a black free flow exhaust while performance seems to stay calm as one could experience in the stock motorcycle.
RE Bullet 500 is powered by a 499cc, single cylinder engine producing 27.2 BHP and 41.4 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox and may feel under-powered with these parts in action.
