The whole chain setup was removed to make space for this Gates Belt Drive system that not just looks good but will result in a quieter ride experience.

It looks beautiful with Firestone Coker tyres wrapped over chrome thick wheels. The conversion turns this Classic 500 into a typical Bobber and things are further sorted out through USD front forks, custom finished front and rear fenders and leather wrapped single saddle with tail light support.

Front headlight from Classic 500 gets replaced with 5.7 inch LED light with daytime running lights. Two pod instrument console now comes into action on Classic 500 Bobber. HTRZ Modz has equipped the motorcycle with a rear 242 mm disc brake for better speed shredding.

Classic 500 is powered by a massive 499cc, single cylinder engine producing 27.2 BHP and 41.4 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox and claims 120 kmph of top speed in stock condition. Bar end lights and softail handlebar grips complete this overall package with utmost elegance.
