Royal Enfield Classic 500 Cruiser by Haldankar Customs

Haldankar Customs recently presented their Royal Enfield Classic Cruiser to the fans. The custom-built cruiser is nothing that one would imagine after hearing the name Classic. The moniker is used by RE to present their best selling street machine while the one made by Haldankar Customs is a pure cruiser with aesthetics that match premium bikes like Indian Springfield and Harley Davidson Heritage Classic.

One thing that makes it the best-looking motorcycle of its segment is the use of a custom swing-arm that stretches the wheelbase further to achieve that low slung, typical cruiser feel. Components selected here further reflect their urge to make something special as this Classic 500 Cruiser comes with a 110mm front and 200mm rear tyre. Both of these are wrapped around a beautiful duo of spoke wheels. The front fender was enlarged to get that heavy front end feel, further complemented with three headlight bulbs and vertically placed stock indicators.

Then comes a huge windshield that hides the totally custom-designed console area. To one’s biggest surprise, the Classic 500 Cruiser comes with a fully digital console that supports navigation and audio playback through the fairing-mounted speakers. It is loaded with a fully custom switchgear too. Dual performance exhausts are used on the Classic 500 Cruiser, further paired with a BMC air filter for an increase in total output. Accessories on the motorcycle include Dragonfly side boxes, waterproof speakers, LED lights, a huge leg guard and a 22-litre fuel tank. The premium seat is finished by Deluxe Seat Works.

Haldankar Customs have even included a pillion backrest for complete riding comfort. Rearview mirrors are chrome finished and mounted on the custom, extra-wide handlebar. The front disc brake from the stock motorcycle is kept as such on the Royal Enfield Classic 500 Cruiser. With all these updates, they call it ‘Notorious’.
