Royal Enfield KALKA 500 Photo Gallery and Complete Details

Royal Enfield Bullet is a motorcycle that has long been a mod favourite. We’ve seen the Bullet wear infinite avatars from various custom motorcycle shops for many years. Another such customised Royal Enfield Bullet is ‘KALKA’ from Jaipur’s Kunwar Customs.

A video on the YouTube channel ‘Vampvideo’ showcases the details of the motorcycle. Kunwar Customs’ chopper-style motorcycle, named ‘Kalka’ after the goddess Kali, is based on a Royal Enfield Bullet 500. 

It has the personality of a much larger motorcycle, such as a Harley Davidson, thanks to its low-slung stance. The front profile of this customised Bullet looks refreshed thanks to the custom vintage style rounded halogen headlamp.

Behind this small rounded headlamp, the motorcycle has vintage-style springers suspension in the front. It will remind you of retro Norton and BSA motorcycles from the past. They rebuilt the motorcycle chassis from the ground up, and it is a hardtail chopper with no rear suspension.

To compensate they have added small springs in the rider’s seat to provide some comfort on bumps. They equipped it with a huge 20-inch 280mm tyre in the back and a tall 23-inch tyre in the front. The entire motorcycle comes in a dual-tone finish of gloss and matt black, representing the Goddess Kali.

Another eye-catching feature of this chopper-styled Bullet is its ape-style handlebar, which gives the rider’s cockpit a spacious appearance. The up-swept handlebar of the previous-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets modern switches, including an engine kill switch.

There is brass work all over the bike, including bar-end weights and handlebar levers, fuel tank cap, laser engraved Kalka logo, engine side tapped cover, oil filter cap, and self-start motor cover, and two custom-made exhausts with the brass cap end.

Rocky from Kunwar Customs stated in the video that the overall customization cost of this motorcycle is Rs 5 lakh, with the entire customization process taking 5-6 months.
