Sci-Fi Themed KTM Duke 200 Chappie by Autologue Design
KTM Duke 200 Chappie is one of the most amazing custom motorcycles by Autologue Design, based in Pune, Maharashtra. The sci-fi themed street bike is inspired by the movie Chappie and flaunts relatively the same design language. This typical Duke 200 even takes inspiration from Jakusa Design’s Chappie that is based on Triumph Tiger Explorer. The one by Jakusa Design is just a digital rendering while the KTM Duke 200 Chappie by Autologue exists in real life.
The customizers have replaced all the body panels of the KTM Duke 200 with Chappie-themed panels. The headlight has been replaced with a Chappie-inspired fascia that features two ear-like panels. The USD front fork on the left side has been finished in matt black while the one on the right side features orange shade. The front fender has also been removed while both the stock model’s tyres have been replaced with dual-purpose tyres. The pillion seat has made way for Chappie-themed body panels.
Chappie’s fuel tank seems to be made by connecting many small panels together but they are actually mounted on the stock model’s fuel tank. The modifications offered by Autologue Design look amazing and quite unique from every angle. The customizers have even fitted a fog light on the handlebar.
No mechanical changes have been made and the Chappie is powered by the same 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine producing 25 HP of maximum power and 19.2 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and claims 0-100 kmph in under 10 seconds.
At present, the KTM Duke 200 Chappie body kit is listed on Autologue’s official website for INR 83,200 but the customizers have marked it as ‘Product Not Available’. It is not clear when the body kit will be back in stock and we suggest you contact Autologue Design for the availability details.
