Thar Daybreak is available in two different versions. By default, Mahindra will work on an open top version that can be fitted with soft top parts at the time of need. For those who are spending INR 1.5 lakh extra on the same, they offer a hardtop variant with matching paint and fixed rear side mirrors.
Before you notice the overall profile, these huge Maxxis tyres will literally allow your eyeballs to pop out and fall in front of them. Mahindra is using bigger ORVMs for better view of the backside at all times. Door handles are customized while internal hinge setup is used here.
Thar Daybreak comes with a touchscreen system that helps the passengers enjoy music and at required times, navigate through new areas. The speaker are mounted on the B pillar while amplifier and sub-woofer is available under the seat. Android based mood lighting and rear view camera is also available.
Thar CRDe costs INR 9.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Daybreak Edition further adds INR 9.60 lakh to the package. Total cost of Open Top Thar Daybreak Edition is INR 18.70 lakh, without registrations. Those looking for Hard Top Daybreak Edition will need to spend INR 20.20 lakh plus registration charge for the ownership.
