Mahindra Thar Stealth Black Edition looks purely inspired from a Royal Enfield Classic variant that comes by this same name. Typically for those who love black more than anything else, entire body of this Thar is covered in matt black finish. The work is so neat that one cannot expect this to be an aftermarket job. Front of Thar Stealth Black Edition looks impressive with projector studded headlights and angry eyebrow style grill highlights. The same grill comes with multiple divisions of its center section, looking more like an angry yelling face. A custom front bumper with attached winch looks solid and useful.
The bumper gets studded fog lights and tow friendly equipment in the middle section. Wheel arches are custom designed to handle those extra wide Hankook tyres at all four ends. A full size spare wheel is also present on the back side. Bonnet of Thar Stealth Black comes with faux air intakes while a snorkel is even seen on one of its side. A full sized LED bar is mounted on top of windshield for emergency conditions. Rear gets custom LED lights and tail gunner style exhaust for a unique sound. The hard top is fully customized with fixed three side mirrors and two sunroofs on top.
Interior of this Thar is quite unique with bucket sport seats, leather wrapped rear dual bench, matching roof leather treatment with diamond quilting, touchscreen infotainment system and dual tone door trims. Steering wheel on Thar is even wrapped with matching cover while chrome rings were left as stock for perfect highlighting. This Thar look quite serious on the outside while inside is an exact opposite with use of light shade of leather all over. The stock model of Mahindra Thar is offered with two different engine options and top spec variant costs INR 9.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
