The 2023 Hyundai Verna is going to launch in Indian markets on March 21st. Yet the carmaker has released some details of the upcoming car. The vehicle will include some segment first equipment.
There’s hardly anything about the outgoing Verna in the new generation sedan. It is based on Hyundai’s latest DNA in design. A horizon LED bar went onto the front profile along with a massive grille, and bumper integrated LED headlights.
The interior will be completely redesigned. We hope Hyundai provides more legroom and headroom for the rear passengers. The dashboard will feature dual screens. It has a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an all-digital instrument cluster. It will also have an 8-speaker Bose audio system.
The new Hyundai Verna comes with another intriguing feature. It comes with a new infotainment system and climate control controller that is switchable. It is a panel that can change the digital buttons depending on the mode. We look forward to seeing it in action in real-life conditions.
Hyundai hasn’t announced anything official yet. But by the looks of the buttons on the centre console, it is expected to come with ventilated and heated front seats.
The sedan will be powered by a new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine and the 1.5-litre NA petrol engine. There will be no diesel engine on offer in the upcoming Hyundai sedan. The new Hyundai Verna will go up against the recently released Honda City facelift, Skoda Slavia, Maruti Ciaz, and Volkswagen Virtus.
