The Seltos facelift has been introduced by Kia India, with prices beginning at Rs 10.89 lakh and rising to Rs 19.79 lakh for the highest-specified automatic variants. The cost of the Seltos X-Line is Rs 19.99 lakh. On the first day that bookings were available, 13,424 reservations were made, according to Kia. Six variations of the Kia Seltos facelift are offered: HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, and X-Line.

The SUV will continue to be offered with 3 engine options, but there are some changes to the transmission options. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine is now available with a 6-speed manual gearbox on all trims while the IVT gearbox is now only available on the HTX variant.
The 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine is now available with an iMT gearbox on all Tech Line trims (HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX). The torque converter automatic gearbox is now offered on the HTX, GTX+, and X-Line trims. The new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine is now available on HTK+, HTX+, GTX+, and the X-Line variant. It is mated to a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
In terms of looks, the SUV now features a new front bumper with a larger grille, redesigned headlights with LED daytime running lamps that extend into the grille, and a four-block design for the fog lamps. The rear end of the SUV also gets a new design, with inverted L-shaped taillights connected by an LED light bar.
The Seltos makeover is available in eight solid colours and two dual-tone colours, as well as a new colour, Pewter Olive. Dual exhaust tips are standard on turbo-petrol trims, and the GT Line and X Line have slightly different body packages than the Tech Line trims. The GT Line and X-Line trim levels also come standard with class-leading 18-inch alloy wheels.
The SUV now features a new dashboard, centre console, and seats. The highlight of the interior is the new dual 10.25-inch connected touchscreen infotainment and instrument cluster. The centre console has been updated as well, with thinner AC vents and new HVAC controls. Soft-touch materials are also used throughout the interior.
Kia Seltos facelift now comes standard with six airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, all-wheel disc brakes, TPMS, and three-point seat belts for all passengers with reminders. It also gets a new ADAS suite, which includes forward collision warning assist, autonomous emergency braking, and lane keep assist. Other notable features include a 360-degree camera, dual-zone climate control, an 8-inch head-up display, an electronic parking brake, rain-sensing wipers, and a Bose-tuned 8-speaker system with sound mood lamps.
The Kia Seltos facelift is a mid-size SUV that competes against the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, MG Astor, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq. It will also face competition from the upcoming Honda Elevate and Citroen C3 Aircross in the coming months.
