400cc Bajaj-Triumph Motorcycle Delivery Details Announced!

Triumph Motorcycles India has confirmed that it will commence the deliveries of the newly launched Speed 400 in India very soon, most probably next week. The company has already dispatched the first batch of motorcycles from Bajaj Auto’s Chakan facility in Pune. The Speed 400 has received an unprecedented response from customers, with the first 10,000 units being booked already. The motorcycle is now available at a price of Rs. 2.33 lakh, after the introductory price of Rs. 2.23 lakh got exhausted.

Customers who have booked the Speed 400 will be contacted by the dealerships to complete the balance formalities and take delivery of their motorcycles. The test drive and display models will be accessible very soon at all Triumph showrooms. The waiting period for the Speed 400 is currently between 10 weeks to 16 weeks, depending on the location. However, this period is expected to decrease as Bajaj opens more Triumph showrooms nationwide. The company’s Chakan plant has a monthly production capacity of 5,000 units, though this number may rise if there is sufficient demand.

Triumph Motorcycles India is also preparing to launch its second most affordable motorcycle in India, the Scrambler 400X. This new model is scheduled to be launched in India in October 2023. Bookings for both motorcycles are currently open online.
