Kawasaki have updated their Indonesian portfolio with the launch of the all-new MY2023 Ninja ZX 4RR. The Ninja ZX-4RR is being offered at a price of RP 239,900,000 which is roughly Rs 13.14 lakh. The ZX 4RR by Kawasaki comes in a single variant and in one colour, Lime Green.
The Indonesian spec Ninja ZX 4RR, powered by a 399cc inline four cylinder liquid cooled engine, makes it to the dash. This engine has 16 valves, has four valves per cylinder and a Ram Air intake system. This motor features a 6 speed transmission system can produce a max power of 77 HP at 14,500 rpm and a peak torque of 37.6 Nm at 12,500 rpm. A bidirectional quickshifter and a slipper/assist clutch are included with the transmission system. Design and styling cues are apparently inspired by the current Ninja ZX 25RR.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX 4 RR has twin pod head light with full fairing. As part of the fairing, it has rear view mirrors. There are also fairing integrated front turn indicators and split style saddle. One thing that sets this new Ninja apart, however, is the addition of Kawasaki Racing Team graphics to it. That fairing has a ZX 4RR sticker, and the fuel tank has ‘Kawasaki Racing Team’ decal.
The new Ninja also features the Ninja ZX-10R inspired side-slung exhaust and taillight. The new Kawasaki Ninja packs Full-LED lighting, four riding modes and two power modes. The 4.3 inch color-TFT Bluetooth display works with the Kawasaki Rideology smartphone app. Among the premium features of the Ninja ZX-4RR is a three level traction control system and ABS.
A frame trellis, USD Showa SFF BP 37mm front forks and a mono shock make up its parts. Only preload can be adjusted on the front forks. While you can adjust compression and rebound at the rear mono-shock, spring preload is the only adjustment available. While Kawasaki may have unveiled the Ninja ZX-4RR motorbike in Indonesia, there is a slim possibility for the Japanese company to bring to the Indian shores too.
