Toyota has initiated a price revision for its Urban Cruiser Hyryder model in India, marking one of the few models experiencing a price adjustment with the onset of the new year. Alongside the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, the Toyota Innova Hycross and the Innova Crysta have also changed their pricing structure.
Specifically focusing on the Hyryder, which is Toyota’s mid-size SUV based on the Grand Vitara, prices have seen an increase of up to Rs. 28,000, applicable to the base E NeoDrive variant. The S E-CNG and G E-CNG variants have also witnessed a price hike, albeit of Rs. 15,000.
Several variants of the Toyota Hyryder, namely the S NeoDrive, S AT NeoDrive, S Hybrid, V AWD NeoDrive, G Hybrid, and V Hybrid, will now command a premium of Rs. 20,000 compared to the previous price list. However, it’s worth noting that the prices for the G NeoDrive, G AT NeoDrive, V NeoDrive, and V AT NeoDrive variants remain unchanged.
The Toyota Hyryder, positioned as a competitor to popular models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq, is available in four variants and comes in an extensive palette of 11 colors. Buyers can opt for various powertrains including a mild-hybrid, strong hybrid, and a CNG version providing flexibility and catering to diverse preferences in the market.
