Ultraviolette F77 Deliveries Commence – Details and Live Photos

The Ultraviolette F77 is India’s first premium electric sports bike. It was released in November 2022 and comes in three variants: Airstrike, Shadow, and Laser. Each of these is available in two trim levels: F77 standard and F77 Recon. Ultraviolette also offers a limited edition of its electric bike.

One of the primary benefits is its performance, but this comes at a cost. The F77’s ex-showroom price ranges from Rs 3.80 lakh to Rs 5.50 lakh, which may be a bit pricey for some buyers.

The first deliveries of the Ultraviolette F77 have now begun. The first units are being delivered from the company’s plant to buyers in Bengaluru. In the second phase, deliveries will begin in the second quarter in Cochin, Mumbai, and Pune. Deliveries will take place later this year in the cities of Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Lucknow.

Ultraviolette F77 has been styled in a sporty manner. It receives a full LED headlamp unit as well as a triangular LED tail lamp. There are three ride modes: glide, combat, and ballistic. A 9-axis IMU with an accelerometer and gyroscope is also present. A 320mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc handle the braking duties. It rides on 17-inch wheels with Metzeler tyres in the front and 150/60 in the rear. ABS, ride-by-wire throttle and a Bluetooth-enabled TFT screen are tech features.

The Ultraviolette F77 Recon is powered by a 10.3kWh battery pack and an electric motor. This motor generates a max power of 39 hp and a peak torque of 95 Nm. It has a range of 307 km and a top speed of 147 km/h. The standard model includes a 7.1kWh unit with a range of 206 kilometres and a top speed of 140 km/h.

The F77’s battery takes a long time to charge, taking between 7 and 10 hours with a standard charger. The charging time is reduced to 3.5 hours with the company’s 3 kW Boost charger. Despite being launched in the electric two-wheeler segment, its performance places it in competition with ICE models such as BMW G310RR, KTM RC 390, and TVS Apache RR 310.
