The Bajaj Pulsar N250 is set to receive an update in approximately one week. Here’s a summary of what we know about the upcoming bike:
Exclusive Spy Shots: USD Fork and Instrument Console
Last month, we caught a glimpse of the forthcoming Bajaj Pulsar N250 through spy shots, revealing that the updated bike will feature an inverted fork, replacing the telescopic fork of the current model. Additionally, a new LCD instrument console was spotted, which is likely to be the same unit seen on the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200. Turn-by-turn navigation and Bluetooth connectivity are standard features on this console.
New Colour Schemes
In subsequent sightings, it was observed that the engine casing and the exhaust were not black, hinting that the upcoming N250 might introduce new color schemes in addition to the Brooklyn Black paint job available on the current model. There are also reports suggesting the inclusion of traction control, but confirmation will have to wait until the launch date.
Launch Date and Pricing
The launch date for the updated Pulsar N250 has been confirmed as April 10, 2024. Mechanically, the rest of the bike is expected to remain unchanged, powered by the same 249cc air-/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine as the current model. The price is likely to see a premium of about Rs 9,000 over the current model’s ex-showroom price of Rs 1,49,978. The Pulsar N250 will continue to compete with the Suzuki Gixxer 250, KTM 250 Duke, and TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
