The first position has been bagged by the Bajaj Pulsar series and it has managed to register a sales figure of 36,395 units for March 2020. The second position in the list has been marked by TVS Apache Series and it was good enough to post a sales figure of 21,764 units for the previous month.
Honda CB Unicorn is next in the list with a sales figure of 14,778 units. Following it is the Yamaha FZ (150+250) with a sales figure of 10,039 units for last month. The Yamaha R15 grabbed the fifth position with 4,392 units on its side. The sixth position in the list has been marked by the Bajaj Avenger series that managed to register a sales figure of 3,532 units for the last month.
The seventh position in the list has been marked by the Suzuki Gixxer (150+250) that was good enough to register sales of 2,357 units. Following it on the eighth position is Yamaha MT-15 that was good enough to post a sales figure of 2,040 units. It witnessed a loss of 61% in its sales when compared to the same month last year.
The ninth position in the list has been marked by KTM 200 Series (Duke+RC) that registered a sales figure of 1,549 units for last month. The new entrant in the list is Bajaj Dominar 250 and it has posted a promising sales figure of 861 units. A lot of bikes have posted a considerable drop in sales as nationwide lockdown has been implemented in India due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Note: Most of the 150cc-250cc Honda bikes have posted zero sales in March 2020 as the brand has discontinued the CBR250R in India and has not yet launched the BS6-compliant models of the CB Hornet 160R and X-Blade 160.
