Top 15 Best-Selling SUVs in March 2020; Fortuner Beats Endeavour

The list depicting the sales figures of the top 15 best-selling SUVs in India for the last month is led by Kia’s first product for the Indian market, the Seltos. The brand has impressed everyone with its sales figure of 7,466 units for March 2020 though, the SUV was good for 14,024 units in February 2020. The reason for the drop in sales is that India is currently going through a 21-day lockdown period due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

Following the Kia Seltos, the second position has been bagged by Hyundai Creta that was good enough to register a sales figure of 6,706 units for last month. The next position in the list has been marked by the brand’s compact SUV Venue that registered a sales figure of 6,127 units.

The fourth position has been marked by Maruti Vitara Brezza that bagged 5,513 units. Tata Nexon stands at the fifth position by registering sales of 2,646 units for March 2020 which is 53% less than the sales number posted by the compact SUV in the same month last year.

Following it is Ford Ecosport at the sixth position with a sales figure of 2,197 units and MG Hector at the seventh position with sales of 1,402 units. Going down in the list we have Jeep Compass at the thirteenth position with a sales figure of just 163 units for March 2020. Following is the list of top 15 best-selling SUVs in India.
