The sales report for the top 20 best-selling SUVs for September 2019 is out now. There are a few new entrants that have made to the list by beating popular SUVs with their impressive sales figures. Maruti’s Vitara Brezza is leading the segment by registering 10,362 units while the Hyundai Venue sub-compact SUV bagged the second position in the list with a sales figure of 7,942 units.
The recently launched Kia Seltos has shown an impressive growth by registering 7,754 units for September 2019 and it grabbed the 3rd position in the list. The Hyundai Creta marked itself at 4th position with 6,641 units sold in the last month.
The first product of MG Motor for India, Hector stands at eighth position in the list with 2,608 units for September 2019. Maruti S-Cross has witnessed a drop of 65% in sales if compared to the numbers it posted in September 2018. This time it bagged just 1,040 units and is at 12th position in the list.
The Toyota Fortuner premium SUV settled at 15th position in the top 20 best selling SUVs list with 920 units sold for the previous month. The Ford Endeavour witnessed 16% YoY growth and it registered a sales figure of 568 units and bagged 17th position in the list.
The Nissan Kicks midsize SUV was able to post only 204 units for September, the reason that it ranks at 19th position in the list while Honda CR-V marks itself at the 20th position in the list with a sales figure of 165 units.
