The BattRE IoT electric scooter has been recently launched by the brand in the Indian market at a price tag of INR 79,999. The all-new scooter with internet connectivity will be available to the customers via the official dealerships in addition to Amazon India. The price tag of the e-scooter is inclusive of Internet of Things (IoT) subscription for a whole year.
If the customers avail the BattRE IoT electric scooter from Amazon India, the scooter will be delivered to their doorstep. The third scooter from the brand has been equipped with revised graphics that offers it a more sportier look while the customers can avail it in 4 new colours which include Black (Yellow stripes), White (Orange stripes), Orange (Grey stripes) and Yellow (Orange stripes).
Apart from the addition of new sportier graphics and some updated features, the e-scooter remains identical to its predecessors. Powering the BattRE IoT is a 250-watt BLDC hub motor mated to a 48V 30Ah lithium-ion battery pack. The e-scooter is capable of offering a range of 85km on a single charge of battery while the top speed limits at 25kmph. The charging time required for a full charge of battery now stands at 2.5 hours.
The e-scooter features telescopic forks at the front while the rear has been mated to a monoshock unit. The braking power is offered by disc brakes at either side.
Coming to the design language, the IoT scooter features LED headlight and taillight setup while gets an all-digital LCD instrument console. Some of the key welcoming features include the likes of USB charger for mobile phones, keyless ignition as well as an anti-theft alarm system.
Other salient features for the BattRE IoT include navigation assist on the speedometer, SOS alerts, voice-enabled application, call alerts on the speedometer, service records/alerts, on-app diagnostics, suggested ride patterns based on AI suggestions.
