MY2023 Yamaha XMAX 300 Official Photos and Quick Details

Yamaha’s XMax scooter line has proven to be profitable, particularly in Europe. The company has sold over 4,50,000 of these scooters in the continent to date. Yamaha has now given the XMax models a couple of enticing updates for 2023 in Europe. And the 300cc iteration, in particular, has grown in popularity.

The XMax 300 is available in standard and Tech Max variants, with the latter becoming more tech advanced. It has a 4.2-inch colour TFT display that sits beneath a 3.2-inch LCD unit.

We can connect the bike to the smartphone through the Yamaha MyRide application. The TFT displays messages and email notifications and also enables music functions. This TFT is also compatible with the Garmin StreetCross phone app, which allows for screen navigation. The base model only gets an LCD dashboard, but it does have Bluetooth connectivity.

The Tech Max trim also gets a new leather seat with gold stitching, aluminium footplates, and mirrors. Yamaha has also improved the XMax 300’s styling by making the bodywork sharper and more aggressive. The maxi-front scooter’s end now has an X-theme for its headlight and apron design. The tail light now glows in the shape of an ‘X’.

The hardware remains unchanged, with a 27.6 bhp, 292cc single-cylinder engine and CVT transmission system. The suspension consists of telescopic forks up front and dual springs in the rear. A single disc brake at both ends handles the braking duties.

Yamaha is unlikely to bring the XMax 300 to India at the moment. It would be too expensive for our price-sensitive market.
