Yamaha has recently launched the Fazzio in Thailand after debuting it in Indonesia earlier this year. It has a lot of features, just like the Indian-spec Fascino 125. The Fazzio’s classic appearance will attract your eye at first glance. The Fazzio’s appearance is enhanced by the circular LED headlight, dual-tone paint scheme, and centre bracing on the apron.
The normal version comes in four colours: red, yellow, grey, and turquoise, whilst the Smart Key version comes in two colour schemes: grey-orange and black-green, all of which look fantastic.
It’s driven by a 124.86cc single-cylinder engine with Yamaha’s Blue Core Hybrid technology that produces a maximum power of 8.43 PS and 10.6 Nm of peak torque, which is 0.28 PS and 0.3 Nm more than the Yamaha Fascino 125 in India.
Yamaha has also outfitted the Fazzio with some useful features. In addition to the LED lighting and Hybrid technology, it has a fully computerised instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, a phone charging outlet, and a keyless lock system.
A telescopic fork and mono-shock support the scooter. A front disc brake and a rear drum brake are in charge of stopping. Nonetheless, the scooter lacks ABS. The Fazzio has tubeless tyres on its front and rear alloy wheels and a 5.1-litre fuel tank.
The standard version costs 54,900 Baht (about Rs 1.23 lakh), while the smart key version costs 56,600 Baht (approximately Rs 1.27 lakh). While the Fazzio is unlikely to arrive in India, the Fascino 125 is available for Rs 76,100. (ex-showroom Delhi).
