New BattRE Retro Electric Scooter Debuts In India at Rs 89,600

The new electric scooter on the market is the BattRE Storie. With this addition, BattRE’s EV portfolio reinforces its pursuit of a greener future. Storie is a modern, feature-rich electric scooter. It features metal panels, and a linked drive, and should improve city commutes.

Propelling the Storie is a Lucas TVS motor and controller and BattRE has outfitted it with an AIS 156-approved 3.1kWh battery pack. On a single charge, the range is 132 kilometres (ICAT Certified). It includes a smart speedometer, Bluetooth connectivity, and turn-by-turn navigation. The smart dashboard may display call alerts, and the Connected Drive feature locates nearby charging stations. Storie relies on a combined braking system for improved control on a variety of road surfaces.

Besides what AIS 156 mandates, 1,00,000 kilometres of testing assure the prevention of beginning and development of thermal runaway (fire). This is a significant forecast because the electric scooter business is only just getting started in terms of growth and adoption.

As a firm step towards sustainability, we are delighted to announce our newest offering Storie. Our offerings are a testament to our rigorous safety protocols and a vision for a better tomorrow.
