Ola Electric joined the EV segment race with great enthusiasm, and there was considerable hype for its scooters all around the country. The Indian audience liked the pretty design and technology of the Ola S1 and S1 Pro scooters and the brand got a huge number of bookings in no time.
However, there was a long delay, and finally, the brand started delivering the S1 Pro scooters to the buyers on December 15, 2021. Unfortunately, Ola Electric again became the headline with multiple issues found in the scooters.

Recently, a lethal accident occurred on the Ola S1 Pro scooter, which raised the issue again to a high level. Scooter buyers made Tweets and shared the problems they are dealing with. One of the biggest problems faced was the sudden battery drainage. I haven't faced these many issues and it's been 4 months almost 3000 KMS completed and it's going on....I'm having 2 -3 issues that too with charging flap and RSA. For RSA, I'm happy with the service people whenever I send my vehicle to service everytime they solved my issues and sent back my vehicle as promised. One thing I want to say it's a startup trying to deliver a revolutionary scooter with different system Service - at - your - doorstep. Guys I accept someone is facing issues with this scooter but I'm requesting you all please be patient give them some time to resolve issues and they've plans too. I'm concluding that the scooter is damn good in terms of performance and I'm very much satisfied.
How much did you get from ola's competitors?
Now Mr.Bhavesh will ask to remove all negative comments else face legal action .
11 of these issues (1,3,4,5,6,7,10,13,16,23,24) are because of Software glitches probably solved in its latest update.
But why make these intelligent scooters when the software is not yet mastered. All we need is Electric Scooters NOT a SMART scooter. Actually by adding these completely USELESS intelligence features the price of the scooter increases by ₹25,000.
OLA's biggest problem is almost COMPLETE LACK of customer support. This shows how they were dealing with Driver & Passenger complaints in Ola Cabs... IGNORE.
Artificial intelligence is still VERY VERY far away from the intelligence of a 5yr old kid. Ola seems to be completely relying on it.
