Following the same pattern as that of the last few years, the list of top 10 best-selling scooters in June 2019 is conquered by the same aspirants with limited addition of new competitors. Setting the highest score by being able to register 2,36,739 units, Honda Activa takes the first spot. It is the king of the scooter segment in India. The Honda Activa sales have never been surpassed by the competitors and following the usual pattern, TVS Jupiter bagged the 2nd position last month by registering a sales figure of 56,254 units.
The third spot was bagged by Suzuki access. The brand has been able to clock a total sale of 49,366 units in June 2019. Next scooter on the list is the Honda Dio, being able to register a total of 43,749 units in total. Another entry from TVS, the NTorq takes the fifth position and clocked a sale of 21,738 units last month.
Following the TVS NTorq is the Yamaha Fascino, bagging the sixth position in the list of top 10 best-selling scooters in June 2019. Yamaha was able to sell a total of 15,519 units of the scooter. The new entry to the list is TVS Scooty Pep+, getting the ninth spot in the lineup, being able to register a total of 10,631 units in the last month. The scooter was not able to enter the top 10 list in May 2019.
