Huawei Watch GT 2 Launched in India Starting @ INR 14,990
Huawei has officially launched its latest smartwatch, the Watch GT 2 in the Indian market. The watch comes in two models, 42mm and 46mm, which have 1.2-inch and 1.39-inch dial respectively with Super AMOLED display. The smartwatch comes equipped with the brand’s Kirin A1 chipset that integrates an advanced Bluetooth processing unit, a powerful audio processing unit, an ultra-low power consumption application processor and a separate power management unit.
The Huawei GT 2 smartwatch is claimed to deliver 2 weeks of battery life on a single charge. It supports Bluetooth calling as it comes featured with a microphone and a speaker. The smartwatch also features an in-built music player and it has a capacity to store 500 songs.
The watch is compatible with 15 sports that include eight outdoor sports (running, walking, climbing, hiking, trail running, cycling, open water, triathlon) and 7 indoor sports (running, cycling, swimming, elliptical machine, rowing machine, free training, walking).
The Huawei Watch GT 2 also monitors heart rate and the user will be notified if the heart rate is above 100bpm or below 50bpm for more than 10 minutes. The smartwatch is priced at INR 15,990 for 46mm Sport Black colour, the leather version of 46mm costs INR 17,990, whereas the metal version costs INR 21,990. The 42mm variant of the Watch GT 2 is priced by INR 14,990. It will be available at Flipkart, Amazon, Croma and other leading retail stores in the coming weeks.
