The updated price for R15S is INR 1,16,656 and R15 V2 is available for INR 1,19,788. Prices mentioned here are ex-showroom Delhi. The recent price hike makes the fact sure that the third generation R15 would surely cross the INR 1.30 lakh mark with its ex-showroom price. Yamaha Motor India registered eight percent growth in its overall sales and this would definitely go even up in the coming months. Recently, someone posted photos of Yamaha R15 V3 in India claiming that they have been clicked in Hyderabad but those were from a dealership in Indonesia.
Yamaha R15 Version 3 VVA
A recent report by an online portal claims that some dealers have even started accepting unofficial bookings of INR 50,000. This seems wrong as paying around 40 percent of the amount as booking may not be a good idea. The bike is being rumored to come to India around Diwali. Things are even more fishy as a person will have to wait at least 6 months in order to get one and that too is not 100% sure. As of now, Yamaha Motor India has not made any official announcement regarding the bookings and launch of the R15 Version 3.0 in India.
