Powering the Motorola One is a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU mounted on top of it. The smartphone gets a 3000mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast charging. The Motorola One gets a 4GB RAM with 64 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.
