Pulsar 200 was known for its crazy acceleration while its lightweight body helped riders get the full fun out of the conservative Pulsar design. Tejas studies design and hence, he was ready to get over the old body panels with his personally planned cafe racer design. The motorcycle was stripped to its core and most minor components were finished in Deep Black. Even the engine and exhaust components are finished in Black. Bajaj-PulRacer-200-Cafe-Racer-3 The frame of the motorcycle was chopped in order to place the single seat with much ease while the same was finished in Tan leather and diamond stitching. The front got itself a round headlight with Orange highlights while the fenders were even chopped for a smaller one at the front and simply a tyre hugger at the rear. The clip-ons of the Pulsar is replaced with a reversed handlebar. The huge Pulsar tank makes way for a beautifully finished cafe racer fuel tank with enough space for the rider's legs. The foot pegs were moved to the rear and slightly lifted. Bajaj-PulRacer-200-Cafe-Racer-5 The beauty of this machine gets further raised with thicker rear tyre and Orange pinstripe on the front wheel. The brakes were kept the same as stock motorcycle and the same can be said for the exhaust as well as alloy wheels. Pulsar 200 DTS-i uses a 198.8 cc, single cylinder engine producing 18.1 BHP and 17.68 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The stock bike weighs 145 kg while this modification would have surely dropped some weight from the motorcycle. Congratulations to Tejas Manek for this beautiful ride.

Should I buy a used Bajaj Pulsar 200 DTS-i 2008 model?
2022-12-29 06:10:32 AM
The Bajaj Pulsar 200 DTS-i 2008 is available with an estimated price of INR 30,000 in the used market. If you are planning to buy this motorcycle without EMI, it is suggested that you should put the same amount as down payment and buy yourself a new 150-200 cc motorcycle from your favorite brand. The 9 year old motorcycle won't give you the right feel while riding. If you plan to keep it for a short time, then it would be good but if you wish to spend atleast 3-5 years with your bike, a new one or a newer used model is recommended. I want to change my Yamaha FZS Fi's silencer like Duke and Pulsar 200 NS. Should I?
2022-12-29 06:04:37 AM
I suggest that you should not change the exhaust as it will alter the emissions and the fuel economy of the motorcycle. You can get rid of the silver outer cover but the round small exhaust below it would not suit the motorcycle's aggression. You can get the cover as well as the side silver panels wrapped in your favorite decal. For example, if you like any specific color or a pattern, you can get the parts wrapped in the same as it will provide an excellent viewing experience to everyone who will see it.
I need a new Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS, from where can I get it?
2022-12-29 05:58:26 AM
The Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS has been halted from production from a long time and company has also stated that it will be added soon to the list of discontinued vehicles. Getting a new 200 NS from a dealer of some remote area is possible up to a very little extent and you would have to try for some used Pulsar 200 NS if no new unit is found. The other best option for the same is the new Pulsar AS200, which gets the same underpinnings as the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS. It comes with a semi faired design and gets extra features like a windshield, projector headlamp and better tuned suspension. It comes with the same INR 91,550 price tag as the Pulsar 200 NS.
What is the difference between Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS and Pulsar AS200?

Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is a street motorcycle on whose platform the Bajaj Pulsar AS200, an adventure sport motorcycle has been built. Both will share nearly many body characteristics like double disc brakes, the same 200 cc engine which would be further tuned for the AS200. The Pulsar AS200 will be having some partial fairing at the front whereas the Pulsar 200 NS is totally naked motorcycle.
