According to recent reports, Yamaha Fascino was able to witness a sales figure of 25,709 units in February 2020, which is 72% higher when compared to the same month last year. The brand has officially moved out of the 100-110cc segment of the scooters by introducing the Yamaha Fascino 125 and Ray ZR 125, both of which have been able to get the already declining sales up by a notch. The sales number of the Yamaha Fascino has surpassed the sales figure of TVS NTorq, which stands at 22,804 units, witnessing a total YoY increase by 39% when compared to the 16,370 units registered in the same month in 2019. Powering the Yamaha Fascino 125 is a 125cc fuel-injected engine that is good for a maximum power of 8.2HP and a peak torque of 9.7Nm. The torque offered by the 125cc engine on the scooter is higher by 1.6Nm when compared to the one offered by the 113cc engine available on the last-gen Fascino variant.
