Dreams of the KTM fans in India would come true on the 23rd of this month. KTM has officially announced that they are going to launch the 2017 Duke 390 in India on February 23. KTM will also launch the updated Duke 200 in India at the same event, but as per the latest details available, India won’t be getting the heavily updated 2017 model, KTM will update the old Duke 200 with new color schemes for India, like they did recently when they launched the RC series, RC 200 just got a new shade, no major changes.

The most important product this time is the 2017 KTM 390 Duke, carrying serious changes in its overall built and design. It grows heavier due to added equipment (BS4 compliant) and more powerful than the outgoing version. The motorcycle brings colored TFT display for instrument console, LED front headlights, ride by wire technology, large fuel tank and a modified rear half frame. The new Duke will definitely get a higher price tag with its added list of equipment.
