Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon Bags 40,000+ Bookings in India

According to recent reports, one of the latest entries under the mighty Pulsar moniker, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon has been able to register more than 40,000 bookings within just 2 months of its official launch. The 125cc motorcycle was launched as an entry-level product in the brand’s portfolio back in August 2019 while judging from the numbers, the motorcycle brand is finally on its way to see good days.

Taking styling bits from its 150cc sibling Pulsar 150 Neon, the 125cc variant of the motorcycle features the same iconic design language with similar headlight setup, same fuel tank design as well as the suspension setup. The brand has further equipped the motorcycle with distinguished silver colour with neon blue Pulsar logo as well as the rear grab rail. The Pulsar 125 Neon currently retails in the market at an ex-showroom price tag of INR 66,618 for the front disc brake model.

Powering the Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon is a 124.4cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that is capable of generating a maximum power figure of 12HP @ 8500 rpm and a peak torque of 11Nm @ 6500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front while the rear features nitrox shock absorbers. The motorcycle has been equipped with a 240mm disc brake at the front and a 130mm drum brake at the rear. Bajaj has also launched a base model with a front drum brake at INR 64,000 (ex-showroom).
