Ducati Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak launched in India @ INR 20,06,000 (ex-showroom Delhi)

New Delhi, 4 July 2016: Ducati India today announced the availability of the Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak across its dealerships in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. The Pikes Peak version brings out the sports character of the Multistrada 1200 S, drawing its inspiration from the Italian company’s past victory in the legendary Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in Colorado, one of the most challenging hill-climb races in the world.

The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak boasts of high-performance specifications including a fully adjustable Öhlins fork and premium quality TTX36 rear shock. Ultralight carbon fibre componentry and the Ducati Performance Termignoni carbon fibre silencer, enhance the motorcycle’s competitive spirit.

On the occasion, Ravi Avalur, Managing Director, Ducati India said: “The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is a motorcycle in which touring capability meets performance. The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is powered by the Ducati Testastretta twin-cylinder engine with cutting-edge technology. Equipped with Cornering ABS, Cornering Lights on the full-LED headlight, Ducati Wheelie Control, Ducati Traction Control and Cruise Control, the Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is replete with technology. The Bluetooth module together with the Ducati Multimedia System lets riders connect the bike to a smartphone and manage key multimedia functions via the switchgears and displays information on the colour TFT dashboard.

The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is available in a dedicated white red and black livery with a Ducati red chassis at INR 20,06,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) across all Ducati dealerships in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru.
