BS6 Hero Glamour Spotted in a New Set of Photos

According to the reports, Hero MotoCorp is all set to launch the BS6 Hero Glamour in the coming months. The 125cc motorcycle has been recently spotted testing on the Indian roads. Though being heavily camouflaged, the body panels of the test mule do signify that it is an updated model of the Glamour motorcycle.

Coming to the details, the motorcycle has been redesigned with a host of new features to set it apart from the present-gen variant. The brand has equipped the motorcycle with an all-new fully-digital instrument console in addition to offering a redesigned tail section.

The BS6 Hero Glamour now features an additional grab rail as well as a new LED tail light unit. The updated motorcycle also misses out on a rear tyre hugger while the production variant might feature one.

The motorcycle is expected to feature a BS6-compliant engine which will be further shod with fuel injection technology and will offer revised power and torque figures. The exact engine specifications will be known at the time of the official launch though one can expect the brand to keep all other mechanical traits similar to the present-gen variant.

The BS6 Hero Glamour is expected to feature the same telescopic forks at the front in addition to getting a set of twin shock absorbers at the rear. The braking duties will continue to be handled by a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. The motorcycle will also be available with a drum brake system at either wheel further mated to IBS (Integrated Braking System).
