Honda Motorcycles has introduced the Shadow Aero, a V-Twin-powered cruiser motorcycle. This cruiser motorcycle will be available in a single Ultra Blue Metallic colour. Honda introduced this bike in the US market and will cost USD 7,799 (Rs 6.38 lakh).
The blue paint can be seen on the body panels, including the front and rear fenders. Furthermore, the fuel tank has a dual-tone finish with blue and white colours. Chrome finishes are applied to cylinder-head covers and air-cleaner covers.
The engine side covers, brake and clutch-lever brackets are chrome-finished. The rear brake pedal, shift lever, handlebar, and rear shock covers are chrome finished. It has a rear-swept handlebar, split-style seats, twin exhaust canisters, and spoke wheels.
The mechanical specifications of the Shadow Aero include a 745cc, V-twin, liquid-cooled engine. It comes with a single overhead camshaft and three valves per cylinder. This motor is connected to a five-speed gearbox and has a final shaft drive.
The suspension is handled by 41mm telescopic front forks and preload-adjustable dual shocks at the rear. A 296mm single disc at the front and a 180mm drum setup at the rear handle braking duties. In some markets, the company also offers a dual-disc version. The motorcycle also has 17-inch front and 15-inch rear wheels.
Honda has introduced this model in many international markets other than the US. But it is unlikely to reach the Indian market anytime soon.
