Mechanically, we can expect the scooter to continue to be powered by the same 109.1cc single-cylinder engine that produces 8HP of maximum power and 9 Nm of peak torque. According to the recent reports, Honda is also working on its new-gen Activa 6G, and it will most probably be making an official debut at the Auto Expo in February 2020.

The 110cc scooter is expected to get a set of new updates such as smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth which will also feature turn-by-turn navigation support. The next-gen Activa 6G is also expected to feature an external fuel filler which would be a first on a Honda scooter in India. Also, the company will be updating the 110cc single-cylinder engine to meet the new BSVI emission norms, that will come into effect starting from April 1 next year.
