250cc Classic Jawa Motorcycle Quick Details and Live Photos

EIMOR Customs, one of the renowned customization shops in India, recently restored a 1962 Jawa and what you see here looks like a brand-new motorcycle. The customizers first removed every part from the frame and listed which ones can be restored and used back for an authentic feel.

The customizers then started the search for genuine Jawa parts and once finished, they started filling the motorcycle with life through their selection of highlights and elegant shades. The signature Jawa 1962 feel has been kept alive through the same fuel tank design highlights as seen on the original version, and we must mention that it looks simply amazing.

The seat used here is single and well-padded, perfectly matching the shade selected for the surrounding section of side panels and fender areas. The creamy shade used on the motorcycle looks even more premium in combination with the contrasting dark finish.

Being twin-cylinder and 250cc in displacement, the 2-stroke engine of this Jawa has been completely rebuilt to achieve the best possible performance and quality out of the motorcycle.

EIMOR Customs has named the restored motorcycle as ‘Maria’ after the only ruling queen of the Czech Republic. The front wheel used here is 19 inches while the rear is 16 inches in size like most of the classic Jawa motorcycles. The customizers have even changed the entire electrical system from a vintage-spec Dynamo-based system to a battery system.

EIMOR has used custom front and rear lights, a different front suspension setup and colour-coordinated handlebar grips on this Jawa 1962. The tyres of the motorcycle carry thick treads while the perfectly-finished chrome highlight casing seals the deal for being the finest example of a retro-modern machine.

A whitesmith console further helps in flaunting pure elegance through Maria for its owner. Above all, EIMOR Customs has added an effective front disc brake system to make this example safer than all other presently-running retro Jawa bikes in India. One can also find engraved chrome pieces on both sides with EIMOR branding.
