The iconic Jawa brand was resurrected by Classic Legends in the Indian market last year. Ever since the debut of the Jawa motorcycles in November, the brand has been in the news for one thing or another. Recently resolving the issues for late deliveries, Jawa has found itself in yet another crisis. According to a recent report, a Jawa motorcycle owner by the name Shailesh Suvarna has complained of getting rust on the bike’s body panels within just 20 days of getting it delivered.
The angry customer has shared the trauma over the social media where he has also posted the images of the bike parts that are getting the rust. The images clearly show the handle nut and exhaust pipe with rust while the speedometer has also managed to gather a lot of water. One more customer, Vidur Kalra, has complained of the front alloy wheel and disc brake getting rust.
Since the customers don’t expect this kind of quality issues with their all-new Jawa motorcycles, the dealers have agreed to replace the affected parts and body panels with the new ones and cater to the customers’ needs. It has not been confirmed whether the replacement of parts of the motorcycle is being done for all the owners with complaints related to quality issues or not.
