Kawasaki Bangalore is currently offering INR 25,000 Discount on Ninja 300 over its on-road price tag. The deal is available presently with Rideventur where the actual on-road price of the bike is close to INR 4.52 lakh. But now, buyers can go for Ninja 300 at just INR 4.27 lakh (on-road Bangalore).
This makes it a fascinating deal as the powerful twin cylinder machine is now closer to its segment rival, KTM RC 390. Yamaha R3, the closest rival to Ninja 300, is also available for an ex-showroom Delhi price tag of INR 3.48 lakh. Apart from these two, another less tempting option here is Benelli 302R.
Kawasaki India seems quick in clearing stocks as this discount hints at the launch of bigger 2018 Ninja 400 in India. It is available in selected markets and carries a more powerful engine under an even lightweight frame.
Ninja 300 is powered by a 296cc, twin cylinder engine producing 39 HP of max power and 27 Nm of torque. 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 400 is equipped with 399cc, twin cylinder motor producing much higher 45 HP at 10,000 rpm and 38 Nm at 8000 rpm. This makes Ninja 400 an even closer rival to RC 390’s 373cc engine.
Not just that, Kawasaki also revealed the 2018 Ninja 250 that carries the same design as 400 but comes with an output of 39 HP of power and 23.5 Nm of torque. Kawasaki may even introduce the 250 variant in India to fetch more buyers than before for twin cylinder segment.
This may even mark the start of local production at Kawasaki’s new facility and thus, pricing could be quite surprising for fans across India. We can safely expect the Kawasaki range to start from INR 3 lakh (for Ninja 250) if local production comes into action.
