Kawasaki has launched 2 new colours for the Ninja 300 ABS, most probably replacing the older shades from the company lineup which had huge Ninja branding on them. Ninja 300 still holds the best-selling space among all Kawasaki products and not just that, it post big sales number in comparison to the rival Yamaha YZF-R3. The new colour options are Lime Green and Metallic Moon Dust Grey with a hint of Black in its fairing. The bike is powered by a 296cc, twin cylinder engine, producing 39 HP of maximum power at 11,000 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm.
The Candy Plasma Blue and Lime Green / Ebony shades were exclusive to the Indian market while replacing the old two with the new ones will definitely improve their sales. The motorcycle weighs 179kg and comes with 17-litres of fuel carrying capacity. Kawasaki’s decision to locally manufacture the motorcycle in India helped them gain an edge over the rivals and even the single cylinder bikes around the price segment. Even the BMW G310R is priced INR 1000 over the powerful twin-cylinder green machine. The most happening rival named Benelli 302R has also received a recent price cut and now comes priced at INR 3.10 lakh (ex-Delhi).
