BS6 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Power Output Revealed: Ahead of the official launch later this month, Kawasaki India has officially revealed the power output of the updated BS6-compliant Ninja 300 and thankfully, there is no drop in power. The 296cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder, fuel-injected engine continues to generate 39HP of maximum power. The Japanese brand has not revealed the torque output yet. To jog your memory, the BS4 model of Ninja 300 was capable of offering maximum power of 39HP and a peak torque of 27Nm.

Kawasaki recently also revealed the colour options for the updated BS6 Ninja 300. The motorcycle will be available in three colours. One of the colours features an all-black colour scheme with Ninja green highlights while the second colour features a Ninja green fuel tank and engine cowl. Coming to the KRT edition, it features a Green, Black, and White colour scheme, which looks pretty impressive. Here are the official images of all three shades:

Except for the new colours and updated BS6 engine, the 2021 Ninja 300 remains exactly the same. As per the latest details available, some of the Kawasaki dealers have also started accepting pre-bookings for the 300cc sports bike with a token amount ranging between INR 10,000 to INR 50,000.

Kawasaki India has not yet revealed the ex-showroom price of the updated model. The recent update suggests the BS6 Ninja 300 to launch with a slightly higher ex-showroom price tag of around INR 3.20 lakhs. For your reference, the last-gen BS4-compliant model was available with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 2.98 lakhs.

The BS6 Kawasaki Ninja 300 would be competing with the likes of the 2021 Yamaha YZF-R3 and the Benelli 302R, which are also expected to launch in the Indian markets later this year.
