25) 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650

Kawasaki has unveiled the MY2017 Ninja 650 at Intermot 2016. The motorcycle now carries a new design, leaving all of the curves behind with its currently sold version. Now, it looks more into the Ninja 300 and Ninja 1000 (which has also received a MY2017 design at the show) family. Not just that, the Ninja 650 KRT Edition has also been displayed with the standard model.

26) Honda CB150R Streetfire

This naked machine from Honda is actually a CBR150R without the fairing. It comes with lighter body and produces 16.8 BHP and 13.8 Nm of torque from its 150 cc engine. It can be a good alternative for those who feel the CBR150R has grown old while they like technical specifications of the bike. Honda has not disclosed anything regarding the launch date for India.

27) Yamaha MT-03

Yamaha’s MT-03 is a non-faired R3 and looks perfectly balanced from all ends. It could save money for those who do not need the fully faired Yamaha racer and even provide a sharp and attractive tail end to a street fighter. It can be launched anytime in India, expected with a sub INR 3 lakh price tag.

28) Kawasaki Vulcan S

Kawasaki currently retails 3 different 649 cc motorcycles based on the same engine. The ER-6n, Ninja 650R and Versys 650 will soon be accompanied by the 649 cc Vulcan S in India. Producing 61 BHP and 63 Nm of torque, Kawasaki should be praised that no motorcycle from these 4 drive in the same way and deeply takes the rider into the typical driving style of the motorcycle.

29) Hero Xtreme 200S

Hero’s next generation Xtreme 200S was an answer to the growing range of 200 cc bikes in India. It carries a 200 cc, air cooled engine producing 18.34 BHP and 17.2 Nm of torque. The gearbox used is 5-speed while the pricing is expected to stay lower than all the others in the 200 cc segment. It will loose all the bright red highlighting from the concept version.

30) Hyosung GT300R

Hyosung’s upcoming 2-cylinder replacement to the GT250R is nothing different in terms of performance as it uses an under-powered 275 cc engine producing 27.62 BHP and 23.5 Nm of torque. It may not be the best performer in the twin cylinder segment but would definitely be a deal breaker in terms of styling and riding aesthetics.
