Royal Enfield recently launched the Bullet X series in the Indian market. The most affordable Bullet range from the brand, the Bullet X 350 KS and X 350 ES variants feature minor cosmetic changes.
Considering the decline in sales for the brand since the past few months, Royal Enfield is looking for measures to reach a major audience and boost the sales. Launching the affordable Bullet X series, that is further available in multiple colour variants, is a step ahead in the right direction.
The Royal Enfield Bullet X KS (Kick Start) model is available at an on-road price tag of INR 1,31,371 which includes the ex-showroom price tag of INR 1,12,000, the RTO charges of INR 11,500 and the insurance charges of INR 7,871.
On the other hand, the Bullet X ES (Electric Start) model gets an on-road price tag of INR 1,47,663 which further includes the ex-showroom price tag of INR 1,26,692, the insurance of INR 8,002 and the RTO charges of INR 12,969.
The Royal Enfield Bullet X series have been subjected to a minimal chrome treatment while the rest of body panels have been blackened out. The motorcycles remain mechanically unaltered. Powering the new Bullet series is the same 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that is good for a maximum power of 19.8 HP and a peak torque of 28 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Both the motorcycles are equipped with a single-channel ABS unit.
