Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Final Design Rendered: The 350cc Royal Enfield Meteor is one of the most anticipated cruiser motorcycles from the brand that is expected to be launched in the markets in the coming weeks. The production variant of the motorcycle has been spotted on the roads sans camouflage a few days ago while SRK Designs from IAB has recently revealed exclusive renderings of the cruiser in multiple colour schemes.
Expected to replace the Royal Enfield Thunderbird X in the Indian markets, the Meteor 350 has been imparted with a similar split-seat setup when compared to the former. The brand has imparted the cruiser with the same teardrop fuel tank design while the Royal Enfield emblem imparts it an authentic outlook.
The upcoming cruiser from the brand features “Meteor 350” branding on the toolbox while the rendered image also showcases the black exhaust system as well as the engine casing that has been imparted to the production variant of the motorcycle. The Meteor also features blacked-out alloy wheels adding to the overall design though the round headlight remains identical to the one offered on the Thunderbird X.
The motorcycle is based on a double-cradle frame while features conventional telescopic forks at the front and twin-shock absorbers at the rear. The rendering showcases the production variant of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 with a disc brake setup at either side while one can expect the brand to offer dual-channel ABS as standard.
The overall retro profile of the motorcycle is accentuated with retro tail light and the lower set handlebars unit which adds to the sportier stance. The brand has equipped the motorcycle with body-coloured detailing on the alloy wheels.
In addition to the recently revealed Yellow colour scheme, the Meteor 350 is expected to be available to the customers in Red and White colours though the official launch will reveal the exact colour palette offered to the most anticipated cruiser from the Chennai-based brand.
Once launched in India, the Royal Enfield Meteor is expected to get a premium of INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 over the price tag of Thunderbird 350X which currently stands at 1.63 lakh (ex-showroom).
