Top 25 best-selling bikes of September 2018 shows impressive growth numbers in comparison to the ones listed last month. Hero Splendor retained the first position with 2,85,508 units but HF Deluxe feels like the new winner with more than 2 lakh units in sales last month. Hero Passion was just around 5000 units shorts of the 1 lakh mark while Bajaj CT100 and Pulsar brought insane numbers to the brand. Hero Glamour and Honda CB Shine were good for the next two positions with 82,864 and 80,612 units respectively.
Bajaj Platina was good for 67,450 units while Apache is another insane gainer with 55,460 units in September 2018. RE Classic series is unable to grow exponentially due to a higher than ever ex-showroom price. Apart from these ten, the list includes magical improvements of RE Bullet (14,380 units), Yamaha R15 (13,054 units) and TVS Radeon (8799 units). The number of products selling from typical commuter segment has seen a fall while mild performance-spec motorcycles are gaining attention with their effective price tags.
