The Yamaha R15 V2 you see here has been heavily-modified by Kunal Custom Design and the sportbike is now loaded with a long list of features, leaving even concept cars behind with advanced sensors and first-in-class equipment. The modifier has equipped the 2nd-generation Yamaha R15 with high-tech features like keyless ignition and fingerprint security system.
Apart from the button, the electric starter can now also be operated through a connected smartphone and even the infotainment display on the motorcycle. The instrument console has been mounted on the handlebar while empty space under the visor has been filled with a 6.9-inch display with an independent fingerprint sensor and battery health display. The infotainment display also supports touch inputs.

Once the owner places his finger on the scanner, the mirrors automatically retract from the closed position. This modified Yamaha R15 V2 even features a rearview camera while the front comes with an Autologue-inspired fairing that covers the headlight portion in such a way that the motorcycle gets an edgy and aggressive look.
Kunal Custom Design has installed projector headlights and LED indicators that also act as emergency lights when a button is pressed. The motorcycle also features an anti-theft alarm, navigation system, notification for the calls, voice control and instructions. Not just that, the rider has fitted a sensor to help the headlights achieve automatic high/low beam function. Another great feature of this modified Yamaha R15 V2 is a cruise control system.
Modified R15 Video (Part 2)
The complete wiring has been modified to achieve mobile control and complicated systems like fingerprint start and cruise control. The cost of modification is not exactly known as the modifier roughly calculated the raw material cost (not including the cost of the wires) to be over INR 20,000. The motorcycle has a unique wrap on the body, flaunting faux carbon fibre finish on most parts to add visual enhancement to this typical Yamaha R15 V2.
