Yamaha FZ25 Monster Energy Edition Launched @ INR 1.37 Lakh

In addition to the limited edition for the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3, the brand has just launched the FZ25 Monster Energy MotoGP edition in India. The special edition motorcycle gets a price tag of INR 1,36,680, getting a premium of INR 2500 over its standard FZ25 variant, which is available for INR 1,34,180. The motorcycle will be available in India in the coming weeks. The brand is also offering complimentary racing t-shirts with every purchase of the special edition motorcycle.

The MotoGP variant of the Yamaha FZ25 gets an all-black authentic look with blue highlights on the headlamp housing as well as the tank shrouds. In addition to this, the tank shroud, front panel and the side panel of the motorcycle also features 2019 MotoGP graphics. The tank panel further features the ENEOS logo while the headlamp cowl features the Yamalube logo on the left side. The under-seat panel, front fender, and the lower panel of the fuel tank also feature Monster Energy stickers.

Besides the addition of the Monster Energy MotoGP livery, the special edition motorcycle remains mechanically same. Powering the streetfighter is the same 249cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine capable of producing a maximum power of 20.9HP with an utmost torque of 20 Nm.

The engine comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. The telescopic forks at the front take care of the suspension duties while the rear of the motorcycle features a monoshock absorber. The FZ25 Monster Energy edition gets single disc brakes at either end while features dual-channel ABS as standard.
