Yamaha has once again reviewed the price of the YZF R15 V4. This is the second price hike since the launch of the bike in September 2021. Earlier, the bike price was increased by up to Rs 3,000 in November, and now again it has become costlier by Rs 2,000. Speaking of the design and styling of the bike, it gets a design inspired by the bigger YZF R7 and features thin DRLs that flank the projector LED headlamp. The fairing of the bike has been redesigned to make it bigger than the previous one. In addition, the manufacturer has outfitted the bike with sophisticated features like a traction control system, Bluetooth-enabled console, track and street mode, and a quick shifter as an option.
Powering the YZF R15 V4 is a 155cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 4-valve engine that uses Variable Valve Actuation(VVA) technology and is capable of churning out 18.4 HP and 14.2 Nm of max torque. This engine is combined with a six-speed gearbox. The hardware setup of the bike comprises premium gold-finished USD forks, a delta box frame and an aluminium swingarm.
