Kia Sonet Gets More Than 6500 Bookings in Just 1 Day!

Kia Motors started accepting pre-bookings for the Sonet on August 20 and the brand has today announced that they have received 6,523 bookings for the compact SUV in just one day. Kia Sonet can be booked online at the brand’s official website and also at the Kia dealerships with a token amount of INR 25,000. The official launch of the car is going to take place sometime in the next month.

Kookhyun Shim, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Kia Motors India said, “I would like to assure the customers that Kia Motors is fully committed to delivering their Sonet in the least time possible with our Anantpur plant operating with optimum efficiency.” Kia Sonet is expected to get an ex-showroom price range of INR 7-12 lakhs, and it would be competing with the likes of Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, and the Honda WR-V.
