As per the latest details available, Kia is all set to launch the Seltos Gravity Edition in the Indian markets in the coming days. The brand recently also teased the upcoming model of the SUV on its social media channels. The teaser image shows a book and an apple with “The one who asked why?” text and it most probably points towards the law of gravity.
To jog your memory, Kia officially unveiled the Seltos Gravity Edition back in July 2020 for the Korean markets. The SUV has been offered more safety features in addition to some exterior and interior cosmetic changes. Coming to the exterior changes, the Kia Seltos Gravity Edition features a chrome-studded front grille with three-dimensional design elements. The new variant of the SUV also gets dual-tone 18-inch machined alloy wheels and chrome-finish outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs), window garnish and a rear skid plate.
In terms of interior, the Seltos Gravity Edition features an exclusive grey/black colour scheme. When compared to the right-hand drive India-spec model, the left-hand drive international-spec Kia Seltos features a slightly different design for the infotainment system and the instrument console, but we are expected to get the same design in the model we would be getting.
Some of the key interior features include a large MID (Multi-Information Display) in the instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment system with UVO connected car tech, Bose sound system, ambient lighting, an automatic air conditioner, remote engine start and a wireless smartphone charger. In terms of the technical specification, no changes are expected, and the Seltos Gravity Edition is expected to launch with the same set of engines. Here are the key specs of the SUV:
