2022 Maruti Brezza Is Coming With Sunroof And Paddle Shifters

Maruti Suzuki recently introduced the next-gen models of its MPVs, the Ertiga and XL6, in the Indian market. As per the latest details available, the brand is all set to launch the 2022 model of the Brezza compact SUV in the coming weeks.

The Brezza has been on the market for more than six years, and in response to the burgeoning competition, the brand has updated the compact SUV with sophisticated features. As per the recent updates by the sources, the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza will get new features like paddle shifters, a sunroof, wireless charging, a Head-Up Display (HUD), and a larger touchscreen infotainment system.

As per the leaked images, the 2022 model sports a reworked front grille that has been made more noticeable with a black treatment to the chrome strip and a Suzuki emblem in the centre.

Moreover, the newly-styled headlamp cluster integrates seamlessly with the attractively integrated LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), and the bonnet structure is also new. The new Brezza has a new dashboard with an Ecosport-style SmartPlay touchscreen infotainment system placement compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 360-degree camera, powered ORVMs, a wireless charging system, and paddle shifters.

The compact SUV, which is built on Maruti’s HEARTECT platform, is anticipated to retain the current 1.5-litre naturally aspirated, four-cylinder, K15B petrol engine. It should, however, acquire a better hybrid system. The engine is mated with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed torque converter automatic transmission and is capable of generating 103 HP of max power and 138 Nm of max torque.
