According to the reports, the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso has been able to register 10,000 bookings within just 11 days of its launch. Being termed as the latest mini-SUV from the brand, the Maruti S-Presso was recently launched in India at a starting price tag of INR 3.69 lakh for the standard variant while the price goes all the way up to INR 4.91 lakh for the highest-spec VXi+ AMT variant.
Powering the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso is a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, BS6 compliant petrol engine that is capable of generating a maximum power figure of 67HP at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 90 Nm at 3,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard while the customers can also avail the AMT gearbox as an option.
To make things interesting, the brand is also offering two accessory packages with their recently launched SUV-inspired hatchback. The customers can avail the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso in ‘Energetic’ and ‘Expedition’ packages, which vary in terms of design and colours for body panels.
